Juan is great staff is friendly. The only issue is the AC goes out every once in a while. Which could be an issue with a climate controlled facility overall great friendly professional service.

Overall I give it five stars and two thumbs up. It is spacious very, very well cleaned. The staff is outstanding. I cannot say enough about the staff courtesy as I pulled up to move in. There was a staff member waiting for me, even though the truck was huge, she was there to guide me with a smile and to return the key of the vehicle that I rented the staff was very helpful very outstanding. They walked me back to the truck because I forgot to take a picture of the mileage, but anyway, I recommend this U-Haul in Homestead on US one Next to McDonald’s in 15th St. one happy camper from Homestead Florida
