Although they did a great job of figuring it out, only one person is currently trained to do the UHaul rental and she was sick the day I was picking up the truck. Might be good to train more employees :)

I reserved a trailer in Iowa City that I could pick up at 7 AM and U-Haul sent me to a town 40 minutes away to pick up a trailer that I couldn’t pick up until eight and I was on a very tight schedule and got charged for being late getting out of our apartment. When leaving town, the U-Haul location may be 15 minutes from Iowa City had multiple trailer units which were the same as what I rented and I still got charged full price.
Tyler FThey are a newer dealer and don't have all their people trained on how to rent units. This caused a delay for me checking in.
