I dropped off on a Saturday, and it was closed. Like the pickup location, it was even more sketchy. Looked like a very nasty garage in the middle of nowhere. Once again, not a very good reprehensive location for your organization. I have rented a couple of time in the past couple of months, and all the situations were the same.
Robert MI thought the service was excellent and I cannot think of any improvements to be made. Everything was explained clearly and the experience was very pleasant and friendly.
