The provider stated that they would ensure that the trailer would be returned into the system on time. I made the mistake of trusting that person. I informed them that I would be dropping the trailer off early. They said they were going to be closed during regular hours, but the trailer would be returned on time. The provider decided to return the trailer a day late in the system, even though the trailer was on their lot. The trailer was not completely clean inside, but it was satisfactory. One of the cable lines for tow safety was surprisingly worn, but it was functional.
