It took 35 minutes to get the code for the lock on the back, and then another 10 minutes to get a dolly. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this location.

The listed drop off location was not used. The vehicle was returned to the pick up point
MICHAEL RThis location is not set up for Uhual rentals, staff was confused when I came in to pick up the rental. They had no equipment on site and would just send people to other locations.
