The person at the rental pick up place was very helpful however the entire rental process was horrible. I was on the phone every day with U-Haul trying to get my order correct. Changes were randomly made by U-Haul representatives without my knowledge. Numerous times I was told I would receive a phone call confirming details but never did. When I made the last call to correct my reservation it was still showing a completely different pick up location. All in all it was a terrible experience and I won’t recommend renting from you again
