The location was changed several times. When we went to the location and were given the key, the key did not fit the U-Haul that was there. I called back, and they had us go to another place to get the right U-Haul that the key would fit. The lights were so dim that we couldn't drive after dark. I have rented a U-Haul many times, but this time was not good at all. I feel like we should receive a discount.

This location was confusing to rent from. I ended up having to call and the uhaul representative person was very nice. We returned this early and called again. Did not get an invoice until 2 days later.
THOMAS Harrived at 0920 to get the truck, no u-haul employees were there. The people at the tire shop didn't speak english and basically said they didn't do anything with the uhaul. Finally got the keys at 1020 and still had to go to another uhaul location to pick up the packing blankets and dolly. Worst experience ever!
