JOHN CWhile everything related to Safe Mini Storage was great, this was not the original location or truck size I had reserved online at UHaul.com. I received a message the day before my rental that the website had allowed me to rent a truck that they did not have and they had found me the closest thing available which was a 26-foot truck rather than the 15-foot one I had reserved or the 10-foot one I would have preferred to that. The truck was very nice, clean and new but the suspension shook me like a ragdoll everytime I crossed a bridge which was probably at least 50 over a 4 hour drive.
