On issue with the drop off is i had a balance due. This occurred because the rental location for the original reservation did not have a truck available. We had to go to Vestavia Hills and the additional distance caused a mileage overage and addit8nal feed upon return of the vehicle.

The check engine light on the vehicle was a bit worrisome (Engine Knock). Otherwise, the truck was fine.
Russell WShe didnt let us return it on the 2nd day when called to tell her we would have it back to her at the 48 hrs mark which was supposed to be 5:30pm but when i told her i needed for 24 hours she said i dont think you need it that long and without me knowing because i assumed she would put the return time to be 5:30 pm - she put the return time 3:30pm and so when i tried to return on the 2nd day at requested time of 5:30 pm she informed me, I might as well keep it another day because she had already charged my card for a 3rd day at 3:30pm
