Dropping off lot was really difficult with large gravel down that was hard to drive on, turn around in and drive away.

David KWhen I reserved the trailer the online reservation tool indicated that Gunnison, Colorado was an available drop-off point. Then the person at the Gunnison office called me to tell me he could not accept the trailer. So I had to choose between dropping off in Montrose or Salida. I chose Montrose. The Montrose office gave me two different locations, wasting more time. All in all it took me 2-3 hours longer to drop off in Montrose than in Gunnison. When I expressed my displeasure to the Montrose office, he told me I should put this in the comments. Please send me a refund for the 2-3 hours lost. Thank you.
