Using the app has been extremely helpful when picking up the vehicle. It has been confusing and led to issues the last two times I have tried to drop off the vehicle using the app.

Clarify the Drop Off location clearer. We turned the truck in on the same day...11-24...Monday...but received a second receipt with 11-29 return date (4 days after we actually returned it).
