The service was not very friendly, especially the designation of a place to park the cars and the need to add a dolly.

To check the battery because sometimes the battery is low and don't turn on well. Everything else was great .God bless them all .
JOSE AUsing the U-Haul app is a very disappointing experience. Cell reception is poor in that area. Photos are slow to upload. The app is slow to refresh pages.. CF Auto is not a primary U-Haul store location. Parking lot was unlit so visibility was poor.
