The truck was filthy, and the back was full of small German cockroaches!!!!!!! Which then got into the load, we fogged the truck there’s times to kill them! It was an awful experience! I am still trying to get a receipt for the thousands of dollars we spent to use this dirty equipment!

There was an issue with the brakes. The hand truck I rented was not included; when I went back to pick it up then I had to prove I actually rented it
