Provide a call as to when your rental will be ready.
Truck rental was in kilometres but contract was in miles. Why do we have to convert to miles when we are in Canada.
Required to use a very old truck that had questionable brakes.
We were sent two different places to pick up a truck; one had no record of our reservation and the other wasn't open on the day that we required the rental. we had to pick up the truck the day before we required it.

The truck be ready and clean. The right rear signal light did not work and the windshield washer did not work.

No one available was able to use the computer to close out the contract. How do they manage to rent anything? They kept my contract and gave me no receipt of any kind. The contract which was emailed to me by UHAUL showed no rental amounts so I have no payment receipt for tax purposes. Please supply one.

We waited an hour and a half for a truck that was already reserved. We were the first ones in line. The store was a half hour late opening. The truck was onsite, there was no need for this incompetence. I have rent in previous locations, this was the worst experience I have ever received. Also we were offered no discount for our inconvience.

when i rented the car dolly the person that usually does the rental wasnt there so the guy that did the rental struggled to do the questions on computer. also the dolly straps were froze so i had to fool around with those and the ratchets were sticky so i sprayed wd 40 lubricant on them. i rent a fair bit from u hail in summer to haul my race car to the local drag strips. so this year im gonna need another summer of 4 or 5 times a car trailer. but all in all acedemy towing was really frendly and good people to have to serve me. thanks

paid my 100 deposit then filled gas then they called and said i owed 20 so i whent and paid they couldent find my bill so they took the 20 and gave me a recipt,then after 1 month i received a letter from collections saying i owed 50 dont know what they did with the money but obviosly it whent in there pocket so on that note i WOULD NOT RECOMEND UHAUL TO ANYONE I KNOW AND WILL NEED A TRUCK IN THE NEAR FUTURE BUT WILL GO TO RYDER THANKS FOR THE TERRIABLE EXPERIENCE , tami orr

I made online reservations for a uhaul - one-way - trip. When I went to the location I reserved at, I was told to go to another location to pick up the one-way vehicle.
I went to the other loaction and picked up the vehicle and all was well.
Until I dropped off. The ONLINE location that was listed on your website was no longer in service. It has been out of service for 3 months!
I specifically selected uhaul BECAUSE of the drop off location. I had to drive 40km out of my way, and get a return drive, because your website was wrong.
Creating a on-line reservations service for your customers is a terrific service. When it isn't maintained, it is deemed very poor.
I likely will not be using uhaul again for that reason.
