The moving blankets reserved were not in the truck, nor were any available from the store.

Reynaldo MWhen I arrived thec clerk had a hard time getting the contract print but that’s ok but I was told where the trailer was there was no one to help me hook it up and check it out with me when I did found 3 out of 4 tail stop lamp in the back not working and a top corner marker lamp also not working there was no other trailer and none available at other stores so I left got to my place and fixed the wiring was cut at 2 lamp and one the connector was so full of dirt it wouldn’t make contact so I got 3 to work out of 4 the fourth one was the lamp assemble that was burned and did not have any in stock also 2 hook inside the trailer where split open so we couldn’t use them to tie down furniture it’s by far the worse trailer iv rented
Jean-Marc LThe truck cargo area was not very clean. Dirt and dust. I did not need the upgraded truck. It was bigger and used a lot of fuel and had a terrible ride. For travelling a long distance I would recommend a vehicle with a suspension. Have the rental vehicle with gas in it. Why would you rent a vehicle with 1/4 tank of fuel. The paying customer wants to rent a vehicle a get where they are going and I would expect the rental to be filled with fuel.
