The only thing I would have appreciated more was letting me know about a lock option for the back. I wasnt told about one and only realized when I was on the road that the back deck could be opened at any time even when the truck is locked.

The pick up location was disorganized, They couldn't find the wiring to hook the trailer up to my truck and had to cobble together a harness they had sitting broken in the back. When I went to return the trailer, I was informed by an employee at the rental location that the UHAUL qualified employees hadn't bothered to show up for work and he didn't know how he could help me return the rental. Luckily UHAUL has an online smartphone based return procedure.

Only charge customers for the time the truck was used. Not entirely happy with the location/service. I was charged extra days when in fact I only had it overnight and then was charged for 3 days instead of two. I also preferred to pay cash, and understandably the woman told me a credit card was needed on file and it wouldn’t be charged, only a hold, when in fact that was also not true. My credit card was charged 2 minutes after she informed me of the hold, where she stressed it was a hold. It was not... and then a few days later after the return of the truck, my credit card was charged the wrong amount despite my preference to pay cash. The truck did the job but the customer service was very disheartening and will never go back to this location due to being lied to #wow

Trailers should have jacks and the doors should at least have a handle to close it properly. It took 2 adults to close the trailer door while on the road.

Very clean store, I was helped immediately. Helped me hook up the trailer and they were very professional, helpful, and friendly. Very positive experience, just sucked I had to go a half hour out of my way to pick up and drop off the dolly but cest la vie.

We booked a 26ft truck it's aqua bay via telephone. The gentleman I spoke to said we would receive a confirmation email after the phone call. He indicated the email would say we sre booking it from 12 to 12 although we wanted it from 6to 6. He said he would change the time in the system afterwards. I trusted hebwould do so. When my husband showed up at 6 to pick up our tuck, aqua bay had gave our truck away as we didn't show at noon. He didn't change the pickup time. This resulted in us having to use a 15ft truck instead and having to make two trips. Thankfully we only moved half hour away but it ended up but a big nuisance. We have two young children and we had our entire move day planned around babysitters and ONE trip with the uhaul. But instead our day was completely thrown off. I was very upset about this mistake (and still am!!)

u haul needs to get some one that knows how to hook up a trailor [ done every thing rite except the guy didn't fasten the trailor hitch on the truck [the trailor came off the truck an went in to the tail gate ]

When we arrived, the employee who normally handles the UHaul clients was out for lunch and the other employees didn't know what to do. Fortunately, a UHaul Manager happened to be in the store at that time and he was very helpful!

Have a customer service representative at the counter to answer any questions that an interested u-haul renter might have. I had to wait 15 minutes before I was noticed. Once customer service came, he was totally professional and courteous, and answered any questions that I had.

Maybe have a look at the age of the rentals, my truck worked fine and did what I neede it to do. However it was an older model with a lot of miles on it. No biggie just maybe retire the olde fleet for newer models. Thanks I had a great experience and very approachable staff at Aquabay.

The pickup location was combined with another business so it wasn't obvious where to go, but an employee came out, saw us and went out of their way to help. Renting this truck was a very good experience.

Poor internet connection made it impossible to complete the online return procedure. I wasted an hour! The app worked ok until i had to upload the required photo. You can't demand we jump through impossible hoops! This does not reflect badly on the staff at the Cannifton location. IT'S A CORPORATE PROBLEM

Thought it was a little expensive. Enterprise doesn't charge for mileage. Thought that $97 for 3.5 hours. From Bellville to trenton and back..

As for U-Haul overall I'm very disappointed. I ordered 15 foot truck and It was confirmed by email. Upon arrival, U-Haul Gave me 10 foot truck for me. I waited for over an 1 1/2 hrs for U-Haul to figure this out and get me a 15 foot truck. I missed my time window and was delayed by 3 hrs.
