We had the truck ordered for 9am, we didn’t end taking it out of the lot until 10am. Spent an hour having the UHaul team look for the truck that I had ordered days in advance before sending me to this location (Aqua Bay).. The representative that processed our initial invoice also selected the wrong drop off location I has requested which led me to driving to the wrong drop off which effected the amount of gas I had filled the truck in correspondence with the requested fuel it was to be left with. We were still charged full price for everything despite essentially an hour or more being wasted on your teams behalf on top of the mistakes made on the invoice in regards to where I requested it be dropped off. All in all I was very disappointed in the lack of accountability that was held and how the team did nothing to reimburse me for the troubles on your end. I have no issue sharing these negative interactions to my family and friends regarding UHaul going forward if you cannot address these issues and make amends for such unprofessional representation.

The gentleman worked at this place and looked after me went the extra distance. I just had my appendix removed and he was there to lift the tongue up onto my ball and then I hooked it up. My only complaint was I wish these tow behind cargo trailers had a jack. Will always use U-Haul when I need something to rent.
