The U-Haul did have a lot of sand or maybe sawdust in the back before I started using it. I did however forget to take pictures so just my word. I swept it all out before returning it but just a heads up that it got missed or left.

Broke down in the rain, called said to call roadside could not call roadside didn't have the app, so hasd ro get a ride to nearest town, then had to have a friend drive in fix the vehicle, for no rebate back for my time, did get paid for parts I bought, put me out about 2 hrs, no needs thar on a moving day
ANNETT AOrdered a truck and trailer.. Trailer was located at a different site. Was made to make trip to collect trailer then back to get my car…ordered days before pickup was hoping everything wasxat one location
Shaun DSite was understaffed. Only one person who was busy helping a customer in the yard. No one on desk. Person from yard was very polite and helpful when he was finally available
