Very little parking for a big truck. Too many obstacles.
Kelly DIt is easier to have the vehicle with a full tank of gas so i can bring it back with a full tank of gas .
PRAMCHAND OThe previous person renting had not swept out the back of the truck, but overall the truck was clean so I rated it clean.
R PWas accused of causing crack in windshield. Worker asked me “did the crack in the windshield cause any problems?” I replied with “no” and the worker said “there was a crack?” Worker had to call around to higher ups before even checking to see if we had the coverage (which we did). We were let go without paying damages, but we were accused of causing crack when they (the workers) were told previously that there was a crack and had camera evidence of the crack. Poor customer service, don’t appreciate being accused of damages and pretty much scammed into paying for damages
