I thought we would be able to pick up the truck the morning we reserved it for but found out it wouldn't be available until 5pm. They got it in earlier than expected and called us but it would have been a major inconvenience had it not come back early.

Great service! The truck was ready when I arrived. Store personnel were friendly and efficient. No gimmicks or hidden charges Straight-up customer service. Don't let the name fool you. Two thumbs-up.

Overall, everything went great. It was easy to check in and out. This was my second time using Uhaul at this location and it was a pleasant one just like last time. My only issue is if I reserve an appliance dolly (over a month ago), I expect one to be there. First come, first served is not an acceptable response.

Mr Flower and Mr Ping Pong is the greatest! I don't think I'll ever rent from another U-haul location in the city. They came out and greeted us right away when we parked, ran us through the checklist quickly, and gave us some complimentary ping pong table time. Amazing! BEST U-HAUL EXPERIENCE EVER!

Everything was really cool except the $1.20 a mile at the end it really adds up but what can u do. I would rent from them again any day. Thank you U Haul but cut that milage in half and you would be the Kings of truck rental or you mite already be I didn't check

My truck time and location were changed two days before I was scheduled to move. I called uhaul customer service and the scheduling department and received extremely rude service. The uhaul reps were very unhelpful and I will never use uhaul again. I also sent uhaul an email and never received a response.
