1 employee working, with a large line of people. My truck door would not shut after I loaded 180 miles away from home. Had to disengage the cables to close the door. I held me up and extra hour and half. I needed to use the truck the next day but with the faulty door I returned it without completing my job. No discount received for the inconvenience or offered. Very disappointed in experience as the faulty door cost me money and time.

The truck was dirty, front window on the inside requires a cleaning! This truck smelled badly also. The window knob on the passenger side was broke.
The General Manager, was not very polite. He was robotic in his "speech" and was not rude but seemed to be stuck in his everyday routine. His patience level seemed to be very low. I have used this location before but have never encountered this employee.

My experience, at this uhaul location, made my move painless. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The equipment was super clean and well maintained. Renting at the end of the month without a reservation, I almost didn't get a truck. Most truck where set up for rent already. The staff went the extra mile to make sure I was able to obtain a truck for my move. Their new staff member Patricha, was polite and very easy to work with. Thank you to all involved!

Fix the side mirrors on the 26 foot trucks. When you hit bumps on the road they move so your constantly having to re adjust them.

The staff was very helpful and they were quick with my paperwork and getting me on the road. Even checking the truck back in was a breeze. I never thought renting a truck could be that affordable and that easy. I will definately use U-Haul again.

The two employees were very friendly and professional. I bought the insurance, even though I normally wouldnt because I was told that if there was an issue, you wouldnt deal with my insurance company, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up spending $15.00 for something I pay $80.00 every month for, so that was very dissapointing.

Overall, my rental was very nice. I rented a 6x12 trailer which was a little older model but was still very solid. The inside of the trailer had some mud in the corner which got on a couple pieces we were moving. It was easily washed off so no big deal.
I picked up the trailer when the store opened which helped me avoid any lines. The gentleman who helped me with the checkout process also hooked the trailer up to my truck for me. He was polite and courteous. I dropped the trailer off just after the store closed so, once again, no line!

Make the key drop-off slot a little more noticeable. I got lucky and one employee was still at the site and pointed it out to me when I knocked on the door. Otherwise I might not have found it.

The check-out line gauntlet of high-margin shipping stuff is sort of annoying but beyond that I'm looking forward to renting from U-Haul again....
