One way rental--moving college child home due to COVID-19...drop off location has inaccurate mileage allowed number and overcharged us at check out. Our contract states 69 miles allowed while pick up location states only 34 allowed. Your computers need to talk/share information!!! Now I need to request a refund when a manager becomes available.

In-person customer service was great; the online site/app was horrible. I was hoping for a no-contact experience because of coronavirus, but the inefficiency and redundancy of the online process made that impossible. Luckily, the associates inside the facility were wonderful and solved all of the problems. Good job maintaining safe distance inside the store.

Gas was a tad under 3quarters of a tank when I got in the truck & he marked it at 3quarters of a tank I took it back exactly as it was with the tad under & he charged me an additional $9 for less then 2gallons of gas that is only $1.68 a gallon at the moment. Never had this issue at the other Parma location. Very disappointed.

Where do i begin it was truly the worst experience ever i got i ask this guy if he work there he said no but jumps on a computer Brian comes out to start the transaction and scotty had to finish them scotty ask Brian go finish something outside they start arguing in front of me And my friends are you serious is this a business or boo boo the clown conpany.

Be honest and explain all cost of what happens if you dont return on time . I got charged an extra 100 for a reservation that had to be canceled because they did not tell me when I got my contract then I tried to get someone after hours on phone and was put on hold for about a half an hour and nobody picked up I feel like that wasn't fair to me

Truck seemed dirty, likely just old, however some of the interior was damaged and after driving a mile away I discovered one of the headlights was damaged and hanging out.

The location is convenient but the staff Does not seem eager to help. Our trucks windows were dirty, it shook to the point we thought it would break down then the engine light came on. Overall not the best experience but it got us from point A to B without any other option.

THE TRUCK FRONT END WAS ALLL OVER THE ROAD....COULD NOT USE IT BUT 1 TRIP........UNSAFE TO DRIVE...THE MANGER GAVE ME NO $$ BACK.. AND DID NOT COME OUT OF HIS OFFICE TO TALK TO ME!!!!!.THE TRUCK SHOULD GET FIX....ONLY PUT 15 MILES ON IT....I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE LOCATION

I ordered my truck online and bought a mattress bag to be picked up earlier than the truck so I could have it ready for the move. Well I get to the store and the girl at the counter tried to give me the wrong bag and when I asked for the one I ordered and PAID FOR, I was told they were out because someone came in earlier and bought all of them. I ended up having to buy the cheaper one and asked to be refunded for the one I ordered but never got it. Then the online pickup for the truck was a pain and took forever. Definitely not the easy way I had hoped for. Finally after all that, i ended up needing to extend my rental (originally thought 6 hours was plenty of time but I was wrong) and when I called the person on the phone was rude and had an attitude because I wanted to extend the rental for the entire 24 hours that I was allowed. The truck was nice and clean so at least there’s that but definitely need to improve in customer service and not sell stuff that was already purchased.
