I rented the truck at just under a half tank of gas. I returned the truck with 110 miles used. The truck gets 10 mi per gallon which would mean that I should have been responsible to place about 11 gallons in the tank which is the exact amount I placed in there right across the street at Sam's club before returning and have the timed and dated receipts to prove it, the gauge showed a half tank. yet my final receipt shows that I was well under and I was given a bill with an extra $24 which would indicate I should have put in eight more gallons of gasoline. Impossible that I should have had to put 20 gallons in when I drove 110 miles. But I guess that's how you guys make your money.JEFFERY T.

need to really oil the doors and tracks of the trailers. this was the 3 trailer have rented in the last few months. as we are traveling medical staff and move every 8,10, 13 weeks. this is the 3rd trailer that it has been a liitle difficult to open or shut the doors easily. we have rented a 6x12 in zanesville. 4x8 in tx and 5x8 here in clevelad and all been a little bit more diffcult. i undrstand they may not all getrented every day. but spray some wd40 when come in and right before they go out. to help customers a little bit more.REBECCA R.

I did not receive the $50 Reservation guarantee credit despite being sent to this location because of non-availability of the truck I reserved at the 16515 Lorain Ave location. I ordered and confirmed 4 dozen furniture pads and was provided with 2 dozen.David B.

When I got ther they said my reservation was canceled. Only had smaller truck available. When returning, the records were incorrect so I was charged a gas surcharge. When I left gas was at 3/4 but records said it was full. They did correct and remove the gas charge. Overall not a smooth series of eventsBRUCE G.

Billing process needs to be improved. I reserved a cargo van, estimated mileage at 100 or less, and two mattress bags. When I got to the location, the U-Haul version showed a bunch of moving accessories had been ordered too, which totaled $81.40. The agent supposedly cancelled that (it is still on my credit card), and as of this writing, my credit card shows $89.93 total charged by U-Haul, and the correct total should be $85.32. I suspect U-Haul will issue a credit for the overcharge eventually, but it shouldn't be necessary for the customer to do double check U-Haul's charges.JOHN A.
Better customer service skills with customers not saying take it or leave it when you find the odometer reading is over by 100 miles being a business and having customers to take care of I had no choice but to take the truck today I bought be a truck so that I would never have to go through the same issue again but the return was amazing I forgot something in the truck and a young lady chased me down to make sure I didn't leave without my items I would thank her a million times $900.00 was in the folder she didn't go through the folder or my belongings thank you ma'amChristopher B.
I was kindly greeted , no waiting , everything was respectfully explained to me on the rental procedures. I was in and out with my rental truck in less than 10 minutes. Returning the vehicle was even easier. Excellent service!! Don't change a thing.RICHARD S.
