The agent was rude when I picked up the trailer. Had to sign extra forms that was not associated with u-haul it was something about an extra damage fee or cleaning no u-haul logo on the form ask way more information was needed, I asked why when I rent a trailer from another location on a regular basis, the agent said they don't know their job or they are not good at their job. I said I highly doubt that since it's a main u-haul service center in Parma Ohio. Upon returning the trailer the agent did not go outside to look or inspect the trailer fot any damage or cleanliness only asked if I had any problems with the trailer I said no problems just the inside was dirty but I cleaned it out before I returned it and that the receipt would be emailed to me and if I can unhook the trailer and put it's in place.

Kimberly VMy truck had some trash in the driver's area, but nothing too bad (bottle cap and plastic wrapper) but the girl (Maggie I think?) Who was there when I returned the truck was amazing! Super friendly and made the process very simple.
Perry AI experienced several times during my short rental the vehicle not starting: once after the final drop-off of furniture before returning the truck, which required a call to roadside assistance that resulted in someone on-site who gave a jump, and once at the pump at the drop-off point.
