Call Tony directly at Gulf gas station if possible. Called 1800 #. Three weeks before to reserve truck. Uhaul calls 2 days before I need it and they don't have any in my area. B.S.

Provide a full tank of gas and expect one back. The guestimate of 1/2, 2/3 or 3/4 level is very arbritrary and leads to issues when returning the vehicle

This location was a gas station and a uhaul puck up location. While checking in we kept getting interrupted by gas and cigarette customers. The clerk was in a crabby mood. Said something to us in a smart ass way and then felt bad and was nice the rest of the time. Overall, it's ok.

My comments more for uhaul than the dealer. I drove 200 miles to pick up furniture and return home. I reserve 5x8 trailer 1 week in advance and received email that I could pick up trailer at different location than had requested. another 1/2 hour further from my location got to that location and was told they had no trailer on site for me and was not sure if there were any in the area. I had driven 4 hours to pick up trailer and there was no trailer to pick up. They eventually found a trailer but another 1/2 hour further from our moving location. No contact from uhaul at any time informing us that there was no trailer and no contact afterwards with explanation. Eventual pickup point fine uhaul company not so good.

I was over charged for rental. I was charged for 2 days, should be 1 day. Employee said she was not able to correct charge. She would have the manager take care of it. I am still waiting. I figured I was overcharged $51.72. Based on rate I was told when I picked up the van.

I reserved the truck online about a week ahead of time. First of all, they call me a day early to ask if I would switch to round trip instead of one way- save $20 but spend another $80 on gas! Then when I get there the next day at the reserved time, the truck isn't even there and I was repeatedly told it would only be a few minutes for an hour and a half. They had to pick up a truck from another location and didn't leave until my reservation time. Then they logged the gas gauge at the level before bringing it to where I picked up the truck. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a different location.

Change the location name to Engle/Bagley rd Gulf station. Because the colors are deceiving. It is a Gulf gas station and not a Shell!

I had the most horrible experience with this company! I originally made my reservation two days before my move on a Wednesday, however not realizing that it was for round trip and just wanted one way from that location because I was moving furniture from out of town to my residence and only wanted a one-way to drop off at a location near my residence. I cancelled that reservation on Friday night and then reserved from closer location to my residence and reserved as local. My reservation was for 6:30 am and it was a remote app access reservation. I got to the Berea, Ohio location went thru all the steps to access the vehicle from the app on my cell phone only find that I cannot enter the vehicle because the door was lock and no remote access code was available, nor could I enter the vehicle. I called the number provided for on-call help over 10 times and no response. I called the main number to Uhaul and was bounced around from service rep to service rep from one state to another. Finally after reaching an Ohio store rep. she was able to cancel that reservation and finding an alternate location that was open at that time of morning. After the transfer reservation was made, we went to the next store to get the Uhaul. I used my cc to reserve each reservation. The one I cancelled because it was out of town went through ok. The other reservation that was transferred to the alternate store never was removed from my credit card and the charge is still pending in my account. I returned the vehicle to the 17777 Bagley Rd., Middleburg Hts. Ohio location and my husband used his credit card to pay for the costs because I already had a charge on my cc that never came off. However, because I used my cc to reserve it, Uhaul charged my credit card again so now I have two charges on my card but my husband paid the charges on his credit card. This happened a week ago and the charges are still pending in my account and my bank can[t do anything about my complaint until the pending status is removed from Uhaul. Please either remove the pending status so my bank and dispute or take the charges off like you were suppose to., Horrible experience ever!! You have $500 plus of my money from my credit card for a week that should not have been deducted since my husband paid it with his credit card. You have inconvienced me to no end. I had monthly recurring charges coming out of my account to pay bills and you have deducted over $500 that is held up and I can't do anything about it. I have made a formal complaint with Uhaul and still not word! Give me back my money that is owed to me!
