dragan vMade me sign a piece of paper stating that I would be charged $350 if the $25 per day rental was turned in late. When I questioned that, I was told “we are a dealer and we make the rules. If you don’t sign, there is no rental.’ Also, the trailer had issues with the door lock. No handle to hold down door when securing it. Very difficult to lock. Appeared to be an old trailer. If the lock wasn’t fully secured in the open position, it got stuck in the roof of the trailer when the door was retracted. Also, I had to go to the parking lot next door and back up over a curb to hitch the trailer. Being that it is a gas station, my rental sign-up was interrupted several times by other customers who they serviced simultaneously. I was told that they weren’t open at 8:30 am which was when my return time was and I had to return it online. If I wanted to wait until they opened at 9, there was an additional charge to have them unhook the trailer and return, costing more than the rental itself. The whole experience was not great at all and I will not rent from this location again.
