They told me to have it back by 9am which I was an hour late , had no problem paying a late fee but what I have a problem with was not being told I was paying a late fee til after I signed saying I returned the truck. Then to find out I paid for another day and didn't even get to use the truck for the day . Which I could've used . No recommendation for this place , just don't rent from them.

The associate had an issue with the computer system going down and had to make a few phone calls for help. My credit card also kept getting declined for some unknown reason. Although, there seemed to be a lot of problems with their whole system for renting the U-Hauls I gave it an overall above average rating because their customer service was excellent! Most places probably would have turned us away when the system shut down and then my card declined(even though I had plenty of money in my account) but the cashier, Jenny, went out of her way to get us the rental. Also, when I returned the truck the two men they helped us were beyond kind and apologized once again for the issues earlier. They may need to work on getting a better system for renting, but the way they handled it showed just how genuinely important their customers are to them! So many businesses/companies now of days treat you like a wallet and make no attempt to even hide it, this U-Haul location gave me a little hope for humanity back! Great job guys!

I was shown my trailer and the man walked off. Had no lights etc. Consequently went to three other Uhaul places and was asked who let me off their lot with this trailer like that. Couldn't fix the problem within the time needed as there were time constraints involved. Will never rent from them again and I will not send anyone their.

The truck was clean. The clock read 23:24. It would had been nice if there was an information sheet to explain how to set some of the dash information. Your web site said 59 cents / mile, I got charged 69 cents. The site is convenient, but there was only 1 young woman on duty - therefor, no help. Not a happy customer.

Everything worked great until we turned lights on at night. Trailer lights did not work. Break and turn signals worked fine.

Explain the insurance is not mandatory. I did not want the insurance, & I've asked for a refund, but have not heard nothing back from U-Haul after 2 weeks yet.

The truck was out of windshield fluid resulting in me having to get off the highway 5-6 times to clean at a gas station... This added time and MILES to my trip total.... When I told the drop off location this - they were indifferent about it, and did not provide a discount or anything of that nature. Also the check oil light was on and I was tol "Yeah, we fixed that weeks ago and the light wont clear off"..... UHAUL itself was helpful but I will not use that location again. Very disappointed.

Lady took lot of time to process the order. It took her 35 min even though there was nobody in the queue and I told I don't want truck insurance, she processed my order with insurance and she couldn't figure how to eliminate that. Very bad customer service.

I’m not sure if you’re safe tow insurance is mandatory or not. It wasn’t mentioned when I received a phone quotation and use the phone quotation to choose your services. It wasn’t until I went to pick up the trailer that I noticed that I had to pay a safe tow charge as well. That was an unwelcome surprise at a time that I could do little else but except it and pay it. I would like to receive an acceptable answer to this situation before I can recommend U-Haul services to anyone else. Thank you R Johnson

When I spoke with a representative by phone they failed to update the information on the computer system therefore resulting in a misunderstanding at the return site.

The light in the back of the truck did not come on and we unloaded in the dark after reading all the instructions it was very frustrating. The pick up location had a lap top that was freezing up on her and my info was entered 3times then she manually entered the info we were there 3 times longer than necessary plus it was a gas station so she had to stop and check people out . I will monitor my bank account and make sure I was only charged for one transaction not three.

The girl who waited on me SUCKED!!! Very rude and not POLITE at all I would never recommend anyone to go there I will NEVER be going there again!! EVER!!
