No one present at time of pickup. When we arrived we had to call the number on our email to contact the renter. Once connected, we were told the truck size we reserved was not available, though there were two on site, and were forced into a larger truck, which we were charged for despite that not being out reservation that this location confirmed!!!! Once we started the truck, the gears continued to slip - or maybe the transmission was bad - either way, not suitable for rental. Avoid this location! Truly they take advantage of people. Very disappointing.

Michael RPlace and people were great. 99cents a mile is kinda bullshit. 3 day rental, instead of paying for my 60miles a day the counted from day 1. $475 3 day rental on a 10ft cargo. Like dawg gone.
