Originally, I had booked to pick-up a 15-ft truck and a 2-wheeled trailer to tow my car behind the truck at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Parma, 10701 Brookpark Rd, Parma, OH 44130, a hugh volume rental site, to ensure good customer service and knowledgeable staff. Due to my truck and trailer combo, that combo was unavailable and corporate called me to offer my combo at the listed location above. Originally, no issue, in fact, corporate offered the truck to me one day early at no additional cost, due to me scheduling pick up at 7 am from U-Haul Moving & Storage of Parma, and the new location not opening until 9 am. Unfortunately Nation Auto Mart, lacked the ability to describe how to operate the truck, how to hook up the trailer properly (I.e. criss-crossing the chains that secure the trailer to the truck, and other steps), and how to get car on trailer and secured. I took it upon my self to then drive to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Parma, and the staff (a bald and bearded gentleman) stood in the rain and drenched himself to answer all my questions to my satisfaction and explained the multiple steps to ensure a safe moving experience. Please, remember, that all locations are not equal depending on your needs. If corporate asked additional questions regarding why I chose the original location,this issue may never occurred. At the time, I assumed (incorrectly) that there was no difference in pick-up locations.

Arrange for pickup at a full service location. I would prefer to deal with a Uhaul representative directly and have paperwork in my hand.
