Good location but the customer service is nothing like an actual uhaul location. And on a hot/humid day it would be nice if the air conditioner actually worked.
Sharon MI rent a lot of U-Haul trailers and this is the first time I was asked to sign a piece of paper that said if I did not get the trailer back on time, I would be charged an extra $350!! it was not on a U-Haul letterhead. It was a note that was printed on paper and cut off. I think by that marathon station to make extra money.
Jim SCustomer service was not very friendly. Also, need to be more upfront about costs of rental.
DeMarco WUHaul server made experience very poor. Cashier’s customer service was great, absolutely not her fault, but equipment was damaged as well.
