We only went 14 miles and after putting $12 in gas in we were still told that it wasn't good enough.. never ever should we even had to put gas in let alone $12 worth for 14 miles

The Uhaul app was down, as well as the Uhaul website - thankfully the Attendant she was able to go old school and actually fill out the paperwork. Though it took longer than expected, it was a pleasant experience, because of the attendant.
