How U-Haul Reviews WorkCharged me for gas even though I filled it above where I got it. She refused to let me fill it to the line she wanted after telling me (this is at a gas station btw so it was 20ft to go and add more)
alex kRecommend this location good customer service nice people here
Volodymyr GFirst time I have been asked to sweep an empty uhaul or risk being charged a cleaning fee. Also first time I have heard a pick up location having a $350 “late fee” (clearly their own and not uhaul’s) if the truck is not returned on time. Won’t rent from this location again.
BROOKS CThe truck was old and I put $17 of gas in and only went a total of 24 miles so never should I have had to spend that much money on gas and then still get charged an additional $8 because I was told that the gauge did not go where it needed to be .. I rent frequently and I am very very disappointed
