Very nice women and she knew what she was talking about. The location was perfect for where I needed to drop the truck off at. She was great.
The 26 foot truck that I rented was fine except for the loading ramp, which is awfully short & causes a person who is carrying a heavy load to walk up a steep incline. A longer ramp is preferable due to the gradual incline it provides. If you carry a washer up a steep incline while walking backwards it is tough. So, a longer ramp would make the experience easier on the mover & would be safer as well. Honestly, I'll likely keep this in mind the next time I rent a truck as it was raining when I loaded & the ramp was so steep that it became slick when the water hit it...a longer ramp (say from Penske) would've made the experience safer.
