The guy checking me in was super rude! If your going to work with customers you need to be friendly or find another type of job that doesn’t involve communicating with customers. I won’t ever go back to that location again.

We arrived a few minutes after the uhaul portion closed but they directed us to the app and had us just drop it off as an after hours drop off.
Joshua qError was made on the paperwork. We discussed dropping the truck off in Lawrence but they still put Manhattan. We called about the issue and they said it wasn’t a problem that we could drop it off in Lawrence and they would change it. Instead I was charged $370 for a mistake they made. I’ve called multiple times and have received no help.
