Absolute bullshit. Overbilled. Wrong truck. Billed again. Not to mention movers paid for and scheduled were canceled and caused countless issues under 24 hrs of move date. Every single stage of process was a shit show. Pathetic on every level. Only one person helped. ASHLEY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT AT ANY OF THE LOCATIONS WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO HELPED. ONCE THE MOVE WAS ALL DONE. THEY TRIED TO BILL EVEN FURTHER. INSANITY . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WHAT SHOULD BE EASY WAS MADE DIFFICULT ON EVERY LEVEL AND EXTREMELY UNSETTLING.
