Looks like u haul finally equipped the location agents with electronic devices to fully take advantage of existing data in the U-haul app. In the past, there was no Tine saving at all from Profile Data and early check in via. App. The app in my iPhone runs very slow, I.e. it takes a long time to pull data. Would be good to get this improved.

Booked a local 3 day move. We arrived and they said they do no allow 3 day local moves (U-Haul let us book it online and no one told us any different). They had it schedeuled to be dropped off 40 miles from where we were doing the moving. We had the Assistant manager change it to a closer location. She said “this is fucking ridiculous” to having to change the drop off location. They also charged us more for the “one way move.” Our first truck, the ramp would not pull out. Spoke to the general manager afterwards, and he was defending his employees and asking whether his assistant manager was saying “this is fucking ridiculous” to me or about the situation. Not to sure there is a difference when in front of customers.

I had a bad experience with reseving this trk over the because i was told .59 cpm i pick it up and they charge .69 cpm and instead of 24 hrs for 19.95 a day but then asked if 10 hrs would be long enough. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE DIFFERENT PRICES.

I would coach your managers on how to be better leaders and provide high quality customer service. The other ladies l worked with leading up to this date were a pleasure. Unfortunately, David the manager refused to show me how to get the ramp down, and that was after he hit another uhaul truck while trying to squeeze around several other trucks lined up on the property. He denied it but it was on camera. You also couldn't miss the dent and scratch he left on the side of the truck; he gave us the truck anyways. Ironically, he hit the truck after I requested to to inspect the vehicle before signing off that there was no damage and the truck was half full. He was very rude and disrespectful to myself and family. I don't think I would recommend this location under his management. Lastly, the truck was a mess in the cabin and did not drive very well. In the end, I would be remiss if I did not mention I was given a military discout. Thank you for appreciating veterans. Please take this feedback into consideration for all customers.

I had reserved a small pickup truck, I thought. A man had called me and told me it was there and ready for me. When I got to the location there was no pickup truck available. I ended up with a cargo van that was filthy inside. I used it because I had to move a chest that day. I won' chest that day. I won't use UHAUL again.

This location was horribly understaffed. Had a line of about 9 customers. waited 30 minutes just to talk to rep. The guy outside getting the rides prepped was a lazy ass and got the wrong vehicle for me. Also, could not change my order to one-way drop-off without cancelling ride. Horseshit service trying to squeeze every dime out of you. Skip the trouble and use this POS company service online.
