Both locations seemed poorly trained. My contract states that I was to receive $75 return from my deposit and Safal just seems like he didn’t want to give me my refund and just convoluted the process by blame shifting the responsibility to the location of origin. I had until Dec 16 11AM to return the auto hauler. I returned it Dec 15 9:30PM. RENTAL deposit stated in contract was $75 and somehow that got shaved down to $43. I feel cheated and deceived.

We were charged almost $10 for a eight of a tank of gas! No way it cost that much. Phone was to me easier but it was harder and the store said they charged 88 cent a mile and phone charged 99 cent. More stress when we were already moving and stressed

The vehicle was fine, but communication was poor. I specifically stated I had to pick up my vehicle at 7 am. I get a text the next day stating pick up time was 10 am. I had movers coming at 8 am. I called the location I made the reservation explain the problem. He said he would correct it in the system. Then I find out I'm suppose to pick up the vehicle at a different location. WOW. My original drop off was My. Vernon, I was asked to drop off my vehicle in Sulphur springs and offered a discount to do so. Was given an 800 number to call in Sulphur springs to know where to drop the vehicle. Made the call, guy says no your contract says My Vernon, we read our contract to him which says drop off Sulphur Springs, everything was screwed up and without my due diligence there would have been a major problem with my move. Poor communication
