Words can’t express the disappointment- What the order should have said, was be prepared in the even of app issues and having to reset your account to be late by at least 1.5 hours. App did NOT do what it was supposed to do, when it was supposed to do it!

ADAM PThe area is run down and there were homeless people sleeping beside the dumpster in the parking lot. Getting in and out to take photos and get / return keys made my wife very nervous.
