Plugging the address in maps doesn't bring you to their location. Parking lot does not have designated parking spaces, is poorly kept with loose gravel and potholes as well as huge holes that pool rainwater that are easily 2 Ft by 8 ft (another driving hazard for your vehicle and the uhual trucks). Location is difficult to get in and out of due to corner location and heavy traffic flow. Inside, there is no designated area that directs you where to go. There are staff, the staffs children, and an unleashed (although friendly) dog. No one wears name tags or work uniform so it made it initially impossible to tell who works there and who is a customer. Staff is not friendly and does not explain process or charges/fees. Overall unorganized and chaotic which made for unnecessary wait times which is not ideal when you are renting uhuals for limited time. Do not recommend and will not be going back. Also the area is in a location with a bunch of homeless people around and makes you feel unsafe and uneasy to leave your personal vehicle there while taking the uhual.

JOHN MThe person at the desk didn’t know what she was doing. My location got changed without notification . There were no instructions GIVEN to me to return the truck. The process to pick up the U-Haul took over 30 minutes. When asked question the person at the desk did not know the answer and did not offer to find out the answer either.
GLORIA BLocation was great. Mobile app failed. Resulting in a 1 hour delay. Will never use the mobile app again. No moving blankets, again not the locations fault. Worst U-Haul experience ever.
