The business hours said they were open at 9am. Nobody was there. I pinched a nerve in my back trying to get the trailer off the hitch and couldn't get it off until another customer showed up to pick up a trailer. He and struggled to get it off the hitch. The 6x12 trailers really needs a jack because the tongue is so heavy.

The employee helped back the trailer up for me because I’m no good at it.
