Not a staffed location from my one time experience. After wandering around the small light industrial park, finally saw a tiny post-it note with "U-Haul" and somebody's private cell phone number scrawled in barely legible script pasted to the door of a completely unrelated business. It worked out in the end of the guy helping us out was friendly and helpful, but something a little more obvious than a faded sticky note would improve this signficantly. On the plus side: very fast service hear, much better than the looong waits at the U-Haul on Blackstone. I'd definitely pick this location again now that I know where to look. My rental included a dolly. It seemed fine on pickup but it quickly became obvious when I began using it that the dolly is damaged. It was usable though maybe a little bit dangerous; I hope I'm not charged for the damage. It rained a couple of days before, and the windshield was filthy. I had to clean it myself, which :-/

Difficulty finding office locations and agent. Very confusing parking lot situation as well.
Linda MWhen got there nobody was there for me to drop off U-Haul. I called number for location and no answer. Reached out to U-Haul representatives and they couldn’t get ahold of location either. I didn’t have the mobile app set up to drop off because I had selected I at the counter drop off. It was confusing but put keys in drop box. Received my receipt few hours later.

Robin STruck was clean, ran well. Existing body damage along lower driver side including bottom front of driver's door results in gap at top front of driver's door...light and air can be seen and heard during whole driving time.

ANA DIt was a horrible experience The location that they give on the app and the address that they give for drop off location takes you way out of your way to a house for some reason.. then once you find out where the real location is you have put many more miles on your truck and used up the gas that you have already replenished in the truck so you end up spending more money and being frustrated because you're driving all over town looking for this drop off place .. and if it's after hours you have to park the truck sideways on the sidewalk in front of the gate on a very busy street and when you're a single mom with kids it is very difficult to do.

JANE GInside of cab dirty and dusty. When I got in the U-Haul it showed low tire pressure. The guy from the U-Haul moved the U-Haul him self and saw the message and did nothing. He also left some keys in the uhaul so I had to come back and bring him the keys. He was blowing up my phone with calls trying to get the keys and it is illegal to talk on the phone while driving in california
