Only issue is that the contract said the truck was at 3/4 of a tank and that’s how I have to return it. However, the gas was not at 3/4, rather, it was under 3/4 when I initially received the truck. I rented a second truck a week later and same scenario of the co tractor saying it had more gas, when they both did not. Check your gas before you sign the contract, take a picture of it too. Nowadays, it matters with the price of gas

How U-Haul Reviews WorkService reps were not on the same page about rental details for return time issues and cost me an extra day of being charged more than I was explained as changing the drop off time - truck was dirty with very very dusty inside and windows weren’t clean visibility was dangerous with water spots and dirt, I had to really clean the windows, and the alignment on the 25 foot truck was extremely off, that’s dangerous

judy mI was provided a faulty truck. The latch was not installed properly so as a result it would bust open.
Karina VThe process to received truck and return were stellar. Customer service on the front desk was exceptional. Really appreciate the business for being in such a accessible and close location to our project.
