I got the Uhaul on a Sunday returned it the same day and they charged me 400 plus $ saying I just turned it in on Thursday I tried calling them they answer and just hang up on me this is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with them

There was broken glass in the parking lot.
KAYCE RI was able to make reservation other location but U-Haul changed cause closed Sunday. U-Haul needs update reservation system so customer won’t confuse and don’t have to go different location
Noriko CThe owner of the body shop was really rude at the pickup. He make really bad statements like " how many times i have to tell you" truck box was full of dirty that I had to sweep and clean it before loading it. Really poor customer service, that tonme was better to do self drop off even when the owner was there today. Really bad experience
