Amandeep MThe vehicle had barely any gas in it when we got it. The check engine light was on. Vehicle ended up running out of gas and we were stuck till someone could come bring us gas. Truck said we had 25 miles to E when it ran out of gas.

TOM OThis truck needs serious maintenance. Truck wasted a lot of gas, there was a strap hanging from bottom of the truck. Dirty facility, bad odor of cigarettes Trucks need to be serviced and well maintenance, I try to avoid this place but due to location it’s convenient.

David SI was switched to 3 differant location and told I can have truck intell 9am in the morn8ng and $10 off you guys charged me $63 for one day thats not what I was told on price it went to $39 to $63 daily rate very unhappy on that was told lies and lied about locations the night before pick up change location was very unhappy with service

Your "live chat" did not help at all, that is why I called the 1-800 number, she was also amazing like the gentleman who.chexked us into the actual uhaul that day. Very friendly, and helped us out! Great experience with Uhaul!

Olivia LHad absolutely no gas and ran out soon as I drove off rude agent at the desk just threw me the keys and didn't even show me what truck just pointed to it. I had to call my ins to come put gas for me almost caused an accident. The gage isn't working said 44 miles to empty and it died.
SHIRLEY AGuy at the desk was rude. Didn’t greet, didn’t acknowledge. When acknowledged, just slammed his phone down. Had absolutely no customer service skills, made the whole interaction just weird. U haul smelled awful, engine light was on, brakes weren’t working. Overall the experience was one of the worsts. Will not use this location again.
