Brian Picanco Promoted to MCP of UHC of New Hampshire

MANCHESTER, N.H. (Feb. 23, 2016) — Brian Picanco has been named marketing company president of 790, the new U-Haul Company of New Hampshire.

Picanco started in his new role on Feb. 19. U-Haul executive vice president Chuck Hertzler and area district vice president Matthew Pepin made the announcement.

As a result of U-Haul Company’s growth, MCP Jon Hynes, who was at 790, will oversee U-Haul Company of Maine, now 731.

“I was excited to have been selected for this position and given a great opportunity,” Picanco said. “I know there will be challenges with this new position, but I’m excited to work with the 790 team and lead them into the future.”

Picanco was previously a field relief manager with 837, U-Haul Company of Boston. During his U-Haul career, Picanco has been an area field manager and general manager of U-Haul Moving & Storage of Malden.

“I plan to focus on customer service,” Picanco added. “I also plan on expanding our services to the customers through our dealer network and acquisitions. I want to create professional and business relationships with the community and surrounding areas.”

“Since the day Brian joined the team, he’s been a leader in 837,” Pepin said. “He enjoys learning the U-Haul way as much as he enjoys sharing his knowledge with others on the team. Customers, dealers and fellow Team Members have always leaned on Brian, and he will be a great asset to Team 790.”
