“I was very excited to take over for Kim, who is now our ADVP,” Brown said. “I look forward to carrying on her excellent work. My goals are to continue the build-out of two new storage facilities and add more U-Haul stores in the future. I plan to grow our dealer base as well.”

Brown last served in the role of general manager for U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Auburn. He also filled the GM positions at U-Haul of Lakewood and U-Haul Moving & Storage of Parkland.

Brown started his U-Haul career in 1997 as a customer service representative for U-Haul Moving & Storage of Spanaway. He served as a field relief manager for U-Haul Company of Southern Washington and an area field manager through the years.

“Having worked with Larry Brown for the last 11 years, I’m confident he has the knowledge and experience to lead 702 in its necessary growth,” Merow said. “I’m looking forward to continuing our work together in the future.”

Congratulations, Larry!
