Jarret Agar, the facilities manager at McNamee Plumbing & Heating, has known the McNamees for 10 years. Agar previously operated a small business in Ottawa. In fact, he was a project manager for a remodeling business that offered U-Haul® rentals.
A second U-Haul location has been great for the McNamees, who have noticed a lot of one-way traffic into their town from pick-up and drop-off purposes. Agar has seen more repeat customers.
“Customers have come in for a U-Haul rental and left with an appointment for plumbing and heating work on their new house,” Agar said.
