Two years ago, owner Amit Patel took over the inn and he recently added some color to the parking lot in the form of U-Haul® trucks and trailers.

Raj Patel, Amit’s cousin and the general manager of Guest Inn, previously worked at a motel across from King’s Island® amusement park in Ohio.
“One of the motels across from King’s Island started (renting) U-Haul,” Raj explained. “When I moved here to help my cousin, I told him we needed to get in on the U-Haul rentals.”
With an inn reliant upon tourists and roller-coaster enthusiasts, Amit took some convincing.
“I had to tell Amit that we had plenty of space for the U-Haul trucks and equipment,” Raj said. “There are so many apartments in this area that it only made sense for us.”
