U-Haul Announces Sale of Northgate Shopping Center in Decatur
DECATUR, Ill. (Jan. 31, 2024) — U-Haul® announced that the Northgate Shopping Center at 2800 N. Water St. in Decatur was sold on Jan. 4. U-Haul purchased the property in 2015 and has been in ownership of it the last nine years.
The 205,714-square-foot shopping center was constructed in 1970. It was once home to Hollywood Video® and various commercial and retail enterprises.
Discover Church is the lone tenant who continues to utilize the complex. The 13.9-acre property features a total of six retail tenant units.
