U-Haul Thanks Our Veterans with Four Videos
U-Haul was founded in 1945 by L.S. "Sam" Shoen, a returning WWII Navy veteran and his wife, Anna Mary Carty Shoen, and the Company has been supporting our troops ever since.
In the latest of numerous endeavors U-Haul has undertaken to show support for our veterans and active troops, the Company has produced four videos thanking them for their service to our country. All of the videos have been uploaded to YouTube but also can be viewed below.
In addition, two-minute versions of the “U-Haul Salutes Our Veterans and Troops,” “Thanks Vets!” and “Thank You for Serving!” videos will all air on NBC/MSNBC in New York during local coverage of the NYC Veterans Day parade.
In this one-minute video titled “U-Haul Salutes Our Veterans and Troops,” you will see a video and photo montage of the military-oriented events and programs U-Haul has been involved in.
In this one-minute video titled “Thanks Vets!”, military veterans of U-Haul speak directly to veterans around the world to say “thank you” for protecting our freedom.
In the “Thank You for Serving!” video, Mike Wiram, vice president, U-Haul Dealer Marketing Programs, and a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, discusses how U-Haul is showing support to our veterans and addresses those who are currently serving our country.
This version of the “Thanks Vets!” video is three minutes long, and features more U-Haul veterans thanking military veterans, including a few team members who provide their own personal stories and what they experienced while serving.
