West Springfield Planning Board OKs site plans for U-Haul

The Planning Board voted unanimously to approve the site plan for the operation of a U-Haul self-storage, retail, and truck and trailer rental business at the 380 Union St. industrial complex Wednesday, after the company submitted its site plans for the new business to the board.
