I had to got to 3 locations to get my truck. While I was driving to initally get my rental, I missed the call to inform me they did not have my truck. I was then told to got to the location on 3rd ave in spokane, and after 15 minutes of waiting in line was informed I needed to go to the other location on 3rd ave, about a mile away. Tried to call the customer service line as a message was left asking me to call them immediately, was met with a lengthy hold because all represenetives were busy. Finally got my truck 45 minutes after I had planned on picking it up. I would only use Uhaul if absolutely necessary in the future and would not reccomend.Howard B.

The4 man at express storage at 905 e 3ed ave, spokane, wa was excellent, the whole store at 8800 n division was terrible and rude, and insulted me many times. the auto transport i rented needed immediate repair after me renting it, it had a very rusty wheel not noticed upon inspecting before i left with it at renting, so my trip was delayed waiting for repair, n divison u-haul would not help me when they had 2 transport trailers sitting on site, THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD, OH YES AND THE FIRST DAY I WAS HUNG UP ON FROM N DIVISION STORE I MENTION , TREY, AND SETH WORKERS AT THE 8800 N DIVISION STORFE, VERY RUDE AND THEYU SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC IN ANY FORM, iTHOUGHT THAT SINCE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE KNEW ALL MY TROUBLES, I WAS SURE U-HAUL WOULD COMPENSATE THE HELL I WENT THRU, I AM STILL CONSIDERING A LAWSUIT FOR THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY SUCH A HUGE ORGANIZATION AS U-HAUL. i lost my key the day i rented the truck. My fault obviously. Went back to the location. NO help what so ever. No key there, no way to get me a key. Told me to call roadside assistance but didnt even give me the number. Hours went by and roadside "couldn't find a locksmith". Told me that when they did it would be $275. They gave up for the night. I found my own locksmith and it cost $105. They could not have been less helpful. Glad i wasn't stranded somewhere. My pick up location was changed twice from the one i chose. I chose it because i could walk to pick up the truck. The other one was another mile away.ROBERT A.

Don't charge for "special handling" of off hours truck return when the truck was returned while location open and keys handed to agent. Also, don't send trucks out with gas on EMPTY with 10 miles left on tank.......very stressful! I was charged for a dolly that we never received. There was no dolly in the pick-up truck, though I had paid $7.00 for the rental of one. Now, I am being charged $76.80 for anon-returned dolly. This is completely unacceptable.DORIS P.

Same situation as the pickup my new location I had a drop off storage 7 minutes for my new home but I had to drive downtown Spokane through traffic to get to this place and I had $100 deposit to be returned to me and the store was a no cash drop off I was inconvenient but he helped me as best he could he asked for my new address and they would mail me a check he did the best he could to help me very friendly and helpfulGilbert D.

This location is listed as a 24/7 truck share location and when I arrived last night around 630 pm, the gate was closed to the property with a stop sign stating a uhaul rep would be available to help and no other instructions. It was after hours on a holiday and nobody was there and access to the property was closed with no further/supplemental instructions for after hours. I had an uber ride pick me up and was waiting for me and I could not wait around to make a phone call for someone to open the property and the vehicle was left in the driveway with keys in the trailerSean R.

Charged an after hours fee of $20 for dropping off the truck in the evening on 12/29. 2 days early that was never communicated with me. They market the truck being received days after I dropped it off because they were closed for New Years.
