As of returning customer to U-Haul I was quite actually surprised at this location that there was no help on hooking up there was just one person one female to work with me at the desk the tongue on the trailer was quite heavy to pick up and put on my truck which was not an issue but just very surprised that the lack of help at that facility
JAMES LWe were charged for cleaning that was not justified, horrible communication with employees. We cleaned the truck before dropped off.
THOMAS WWe got offered to take a trailer from Spokane to Kelso which helped a lot with the cost of our move.
JEFFREY KI dropped off my auto transport trailer on the same day as the rental, Tuesday, 08/27,2024 but my return was not recorded until Thursday, 08/29/2024. The lady on duty was very rude and required me to move the trailer to another lot which required me to drive on the sidewalk and then directed me to move the trailer twice in a small construction area over broken concrete. Because she didn’t log my return for two days it was not available for U-Haul to rent and who knows who could have used it and possibly damaged it after my return at 4:00 PM, on 08/27/2024.
