Had a little trouble finding the drop box but otherwise the location was easy to find. We dropped off after hours so we didn’t get to met the people who work there.
Dawn SI rented a truck and was given it with zero gas! Zero! EMPTY! I expressed that I didn’t want to take the truck on empty and was told there were no other trucks available and there was a gas station near by. I barely made it to the gas station. I put 20 dollars in and wasn’t reimbursed. I drove it 4 miles to the location I was moving too and then back again to U-Haul to drop it off.
Kristen NI had extended the rental but the manager of the location insisted that he had someone renting it at 9:30 and came and removed the trailer from my address. It wasn't a normal Uhaul experience
