We were also charged for extra miles (8.6) but this was because we had to drive twice to the pick up location because we were told the truck and toy hauler were not available at the same time. I will be disputing this charge with American Express.

Robert CThe location is clean and the staff are friendly. It was nice talking with them as I waited. The wait time was a bit long. It feels like they need a second staff member to help at the front desk (at least for busy times). They also seem new to U-haul, so they are a bit slow with navigating the U-haul software on their computer. But that being said, supper friendly. I also got confused at first where I needed to park. I saw the return sign and went to the other parking lot. The other parking lot isn't theirs. So when it came time to hocking up the trailer, I had to get out of the parking lot, and drive around the block (they work on a one-way street), to get to their parking lot. But overall, it wasn't bad. I'd say it was about average.
