Seemed understaffed, the person didn't look at my truck, check milage, check in the truck, or say anything besides they would email me the receipt. Hours later I had no receipt and the number wasn't listed. Called the main uhaul number and my truck still hadn't been checked in. Luckily he made a note that I did check it in, because the next morning this location mistakenly marked it as me keeping it an extra day and charged me $68!Chelsea C.

My confirmation email said "Pick up date: Saturday 5/14 at 9:00AM" but said "Drop off date: Monday 5/16" with no time listed in the same way as the pick up date. This lead me to believe that any time on 5/16 would have been okay. If there is a specific drop off time that results in late fee if missed then it should be listed as clearly as the pick up time is in the confirmation email. I feel frustrated because I was charged a late fee when the confirmation email lead me to believe any time on 5/16 would be puncual. The location was clean, but the only indication of where to leave the truck was a handwritten note taped to the office door. It does the job, but a designated drop off area with a big sign would be more inviting, or even just an employee who proactively offers help to customers returning rentals. Credit where it is due, the employee who called me about my truck being late was nice about it and I appreciate that they at least acknowledged the confirmation email should have listed a drop off time.Philip A.

When I first sat in the truck it smelled of cigarette smoke and beer. There was a LARGE "group of spots" on the windshield that I tried to wash off with the windshield washer fluid. Then I realized it was on the inside of the glass. I tried to use cleaning wipes to get it off. It looked like dried spit.Jamie K.

Your app sucks so bad. The place was supposed to be open 8-4 it was never open and I couldn't get the app to work to finish the return. will not use U-Haul again after the experience. Additionally the previous user of the U-Haul left the window cracked in Pennsylvania in December. I got in the vehicle and everything was freezing and damp.Mark M.

The office was converted from an old gas station garage and not organized or clean. The staff person was nice and her paperwork was organized. Signage and building need to be more welcoming. Location was convenient.CHRISTINE B.

Kristen was absolutely amazing helping us out in a pinch! She had to do some last minute problem-solving and clearly went out of her way to accommodate us. The service was the best that you could ask for! The location is pretty run down, but Kristen makes it worth it!Daniel B.
The above questions are misleading as the location experience was good. The staff was friendly, the truck was clean and ready. The issue is with UHaul.. the company. I reserved for a different location but the reservation is not final until 24 hours before (fine print). At which time I assume there was not a truck available so they transferred my order to this location. It was an extra 8 miles for me (not a big deal but does add to the cost). I had reserved a 15' truck with 24 blankets. When I started loading the truck I realized there were only the 6 blankets that come with every truck. As we had other blankets, not a big deal but had I needed them it would have been a problem. When I reviewed my bill I saw they had charged me for a 20' truck ($10 more than a 15'). I contacted customer service and they finally discovered that my original 15' truck with 20 blankets order was cancelled and reissued for a 20' truck with no blankets. I'm sure all of this was in the emails I had received but did not realize I had to be aware that they could just change my order so I didn't read them closely.... my bad. It all worked out in the end, but I may look elsewhere next time as the person in line in front of me had his order transferred to a location 30 minutes away. Just be aware that a reservation is not really a reservation and they can/will just change orders depending on availability.DEBRA M.

This was not the location I requested. However I was told I had to go pick up my truck from this location instead. When I got there I was unable to use the self check out option and the woman I had to deal with was rude. Overall the experience was unpleasant and hopefully I don't need to move again anytime soon but if I do I will likely use a different moving company.NICHOLE R.

When I got to rental place I saw I needed a bigger truck. They were very accommodating and upgraded my truck to the bigger size with no problems. Only problem was the issue with website returning truck. Nothing to do with locationCHRISTINA L.
