The rates of renting and the surcharge fees $0.99 a mile I don't believe are necessary and I think that U-Haul is taking advantage of the growth in Texas and the housing boom.Kaylena M.

My complaints are more about the app than the location. The app makes the return a pain because it doesn't allow you to pull photos from your album. It expects you to use the camera. It will fail to accept photos, but then not explain why (whether it couldn't connect or whatever). The process doesn't make it clear on how to return after hours. The app is a clunky experience overall. I finally got through it, but I can imagine the frustration for an average user to get through it.James C.

I reserved half a dozen moving blankets and was told when I picked up U-Haul after hours by rep they would be in truck. They were not present I was charged for them however for the duration of the rental. So the rep lied about it. Would not use this location again.Jason Y.

The check in and check out process is very weak, I continued to ask for a final receipt and they said it was emailed to me which I have never received and the mileage I drove based on the estimate was a lot less so my total should have been less and again I have not seen a final bill with a reduced amount. The gentleman working seem to be bothered that I was there and very unhappy that I asked him to come and inspect the truck with me upon return.KEVIN P.

When I got there no one greeted me. The person who I spoke too was very unhelpful. I think they assumed I would just leave my trailer. Not like I would know. I wanted a receipt that I had returned the trailer. The person was unable to help saying the actual Uhaul employee was away. Then I asked if he or she was coming back. They said in a few minutes. Just seemed like customer service or human interaction was foreign idea to this person who never provided me a name. Business card I took had a Wayne Nguyen as manager. I tried getting my trailer off my vehicle. I had to ask for help several times before this person would help. He did help me get off the trailer but was not able to get me a receipt. He said I'd get it emailed to me which did happen the following day. It was just a poor experience after driving 20 hours and a great experience in San Diego at Uhaul.SEBASTIAN L.

These guys are great! They helped me out with a late minute storage need and a truck. I rented 2 storage units and rented a truck 4 different times, never a problem. Awesome over all expirence, would not hesitate to use in the future for truck or storage rental need.Craig W. | Overall Experience
