I really appreciate the help from the gentleman at the counter. It was closing time when I arrived to book a trailer, and not only did he help me book it, but he also waited an extra 30 minutes to hooked the trailer up to my SUV. Anthony NI was charged $14 for gas after I had told the employee that called me that it had no gas in it when I picked it up. It showed 5 miles to empty when I picked it up and I should not have been charged $14 for gas.
