1: Return phone calls 2: Have truck available on scheduled date and at the correct pick up location. 3: I had to rent a truck larger than required to tow a trailer (1-7/8 ball). Truck's tow lights did not work. Equipment should be checked and in good working order prior to leaving the pick up location. Will never rent from this location ever again!!!!!Brian H.
Your website is very involved and impersonal. I expected mileage rate of 0.98per mile and was charged 1.43. Must have been a kilometre / milage thing. You probably right, just I was surprised.Dick W.
First of all I called this location 2x I was hung up on 2x. When I arrived the business is more focused on processing fuel sales than renting uhauls. I waited for almost a half hour to try renting and upon return the same thing. It was very frustrating. Usually customers are first come first serve. Not there. I got charged for fuel even though the tucks needle was on full. The truck was dirty, something red was in the cup holder. I didn't even use the back for cargo. 60 km of travel is not worth $172 If I had any other option I would have rented else where. Needles to say my experience was pretty poor.Daniel D.
Raoul and his team were tremendous. I needed a truck at the beginning of the month to move an estate and wouldn't have been successful without them. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained. Would recommend!Joe H.
I paid rental of a dolly and 2 doz blankets They were not on the trailer and I was told they couldn't access the computer system to do anything about it. Shrugged and said they couldnt do anything about it. When I called Regional and spoke to Lisa she said there are no guarantees with rental items. But the Moira St W dealer went in and cancelled the dolly and blankets after I left the facility. And they tried to day I wasn't charged for them. I was charged but they then credited my credit card for the rental fee. Lisa also told me she could find another UHaul that had Dolly's and blankets if I wanted to go get them. No, I think you should have known I couldn't get the equipment at the first place I ordered and paid for. Horrible service. Do not use UHaul t allRoger R.
The location was average because they had computer challenges just like every other location that I have rented from. The steering wheel was sticky dirty. I would not recommend this location as it is so far away. It isn't right that I have to drive so far to get a 20' truck when there are multiple locations close to me that never seem to have trucks. I have to pay for all those extra kilometers where the truck is empty.Leslie S.

The representative at this location was exceptionally professional and went above and beyond. They were having problems with the uhaul terminal but they managed to get everything to eventually process. The gentleman was awesome to deal with.DAVID R.

Pickup was actually a Mobil gas station kiosk which was very busy when we arrived. The clerk had to keep stopping our paperwork & service gas station customers. He was very nice, very apologetic (definitely not his fault) but check in probably took twice as long as it should have.GAILA S.

Well when we got the u haul he told me bring it back on Sunday well he didn't give me the time so when I took it back I was supposed to get my 60 dollars back he said I was two hours late and it was another guysWAYNEB L.

Because there was only one attendant manning the cash register for the gas station, I waited for 10-15 minutes to pick up my truck because customers kept coming in. The same thing happened when I returned it...the attendant kept prioritizing the gas customers instead of me.Yvonne G.

This location did not provide a washroom as attendant stated it was being refurbished but I knew it was not. Also, wanted to drop truck off at a nearer location to smiths falls ont but was unable to contact head office of u haul and waited on phone for over half hour.... then I was charged a 13 dollar top up for fuel=== not the best experience SbStephen B.

This place to have a uhaul is sketchy at best. I would switch locations immediately. I also wasn't impressed with having to pay extra for going over by 50km. I was confused because the meter was in miles and we are in Belleville Ontario Canada.Amanda B.
The employee was new and hadn't been trained properly. He didn't know how to disconnect the car from the dolly and we had to do it ourselves because he was trying to look it up on YouTube.Annie M.
