Scott M.The truck was dirty both in cab and box. The attendant offered to switch the truck but I declined as it was not hard to clean myself. However, after loading the truck partially while it was raining I noticed the truck was leaking water from the roof. After finding alternative equipment I returned the truck after 6 hours of what should have been a two day rental. The truck was not usable as items in the truck were getting wet. I returned the truck and was given a 20$ credit towards my one day rental. I believe this is unacceptable as the truck was unusable so to leaks. I would not recommend this location at all and I will question any future use of Uhaul.
Michael K.There was no trailer jack. The clerk made we wait as he sold various sundries to other customers as if my transaction with him was thr lowest priority. He questioned my understanding of how to connect the trailer as if I was clueless. There was a helper who clearly did not know how trailer safety chains work and wrapped the extra length around the tongue of the trailer including the wiring harness. I had to redo the entire thing correctly. It seemed that their participation as a UHaul location was an inconvenience to them. Amateurs

patti V.First time I walked into rent the trailer, the lady that ran the store told me I had to wait for uhaul to send me a code to unlock the lock box. I waited about 2 hours and never got the code, called uhaul customer service and they said I had to just go and check in at the store. So I waisted about 3 hours because the lady that ran the store didn't know what she was doing.

Call customer service on hold for 20 minutes but she was able to verify there was no one at the drop off location. Whole experience was bad. drove 30 miles to pick up truck ( burnt fuel),had blowout on hauler and had to change truck tire due to bald tire, drop off as stated earlier, then they charge me for 2 gallons of gas ( said I was short on gas) Sent photo of gas gauge but NO response. Service has went DOWN HILL

Mark L.Make the website easier to pickup a truck. I was not able to find the section to pickup from my order on the website. It kept asking me to login even though I was already logged in several times. Also the help section tells you to click on a link that could not be found.

Very time consuming for the lady to figure it out as I showed her the first charge to cash app then someone mentioned the cash app card problem.

WILLIAM M.The pickup location was terrible. I could barely get help due to the employee flirting with every woman in the store and answering phone calls before I could ask any questions. He just acted like I was in his way. It took over an hour to pick up a U-Haul and tow dolly, which I also got no help with finding or hooking up.

When I got there I was told I had to go on the other side of town to get it. “You have to go where the truck isâ€. Why am I being told that when I show up to pick it up? Why can't someone let me know before I show up to get it?
