Staff is very helpful. It’s a gas station with plenty of room so it’s super easy to get the trailers in and out of the location.

The gentlemen that booked this rental was very helpful and went the extra mile. But when we were 15 hours away the night before we were to pick up the rental, I got an email saying we couldn’t pick it up there. We’d have to drive further away to another location. This was very inconvenient because we were en route already and depending on our plan to pick it up at this location early the next morning. When I called for help with this the two ladies there were not helpful or compassionate. I did not appreciate that treatment when they made the mistake. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were at lunch. I asked for them to call me back. They didn’t. So unprofessional and disappointing considering this was a military move for our son. Why didn’t they do anything to make it right? To help us when we needed it most? They need some customer service training. If it’s in my power, we will never use U-Haul again.
